Best glue to attach rhinestones/gems to cell phone case?

I want to bling out my phone but have no clue which glue i should buy. I heard super glue will make the rhinestones look ';cloudy'; Can any one recommend me a glue that will dry clear and last long? also where can I find it?Best glue to attach rhinestones/gems to cell phone case?
all i can think of is super glue....maybe liquid nails, go to a craft store and ask around for specific glue for the rhinestones?
