Please tell me which is the best, easy to use and user friendly software that i can use for 3D modeling of object such as car or any toy or mechanical case of mobile phone.





Is there any good software with GNU license available please tell me the name of software and also where can i find it?

ProEngineer, ProDesktop, and AutoCAD- I have all three, and with my use, AutoCAD is the most professional. Engineers mostly use AutoCAD and the features are very advanced and awesome. You can download it from autodesk.com, the size may be large so u may have to leave it overnight for downlaoding.





NOTE: You have to verify that you're a student though, so just put in a school that you come from. The software costs around $2000 but its totally free for us students. Pretty cool huh?Which is the best software to design mechanical models, Such as outer case of mobile phone or a car?
if its just a hobby, try google sketchup @ google. otherwise if u r a professional in serious designing nothing is better than AUTOCAD from AutoDesk.com
